Elhadji Mamadou Mbengue

Engineer in computer techniques, graduated from the Higher Institute of Computer Science (ISI) in 2009, Elhadji is an expert consultant in the field of digital production and IT. He is a recognized instructor in the field of computer science and visual creation. Also specialized in the profession of civilian drones, he officially represents Frenchidrone in the west African sub-region. He is currently a PhD student in e/m-health at the Dakar Cheikh Anta Diop University (UCAD).

Experience & Activities

Elhadji has more than ten years of experience as a freelancer in offshore IT (web/mobile development and graphic design).

He has developed multiple software packages and websites and was involved in the development of several web platforms including Dobiza, or business products (Ipad apps) of Philip Morris International. Elhadji has developed for Frenchidrone a large networking platform for drone operators in France, with an integrated dematerialization system and a powerful e-learning integrated module (with an integration of Google Storage & Google Transcoder services).

He is an integrator and advanced developer of WordPress with as an example the site of Kirene in which he participated as a theme builder in the last redesign. Elhadji is a trainer in web technologies and graphic design (at IPG). He also worked in the production of puzzle games including “ManaKane” of which he is the author.

Elhadji is also a specialist in m/e-health, most notably he developed the mInfoSanté platform of the Ministry of Health and Social Action of Senegal.
