Amadou Thiam Gueye

A graduate of the Ecole Supérieure Multinationale des Télécommunication (ESMT), Amadou is an IT professional specializing in IP telephony (Senior VoIP Engineer) & implementation of Call Center solutions, with a decade of successful experience in different positions of responsibility and projects.

Experience & Activities

Before working with We Say-We Do, Amadou was a Developer Engineer at PCCI DAKAR from 2012 to 2016. He was part of the team of Conception and Development of applications for the needs of production and administrative staff; the Automatization of the daily tasks of production; Optimization of the Call Center platform specific to the PCCI group; and the System administration and databases.

During this period, he travelled the sub-region for the coordination and supervision of installations at the remote sites.

He also worked as an expatriate with PCCI GUINEA CONAKRY for a period of 4 years to design the functional architectures of telephony with MTN & ORANGE GUINEA and coordinated the deployment and integration of information systems.

Amadou is a proven expert in:

  • Integration of business solutions adapted to needs.
  • Efficient management of CALL CENTER projects (needs, costs, deadlines, risks, …) and their implementation.
